Step 3: Candidate Review & Approval (Days 4–6)
You’ll review qualified candidates. If you’d like, we’ll coordinate virtual introductions or a trial shift—ensuring the perfect fit before moving forward.
Step 4: Start Date & Support (Days 5–7)
Once a candidate is approved, we arrange onboarding and continuously support the placement, checking in regularly to ensure performance, satisfaction, and long-term success.

No. We offer flexible terms - per diem, part-time, or full-time staffing with no long-term obligations required.
If a placement doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll replace them promptly and at no added cost. Our performance feedback process ensures you're supported.
Our W-2 employees are offered health benefits depending on eligibility and hours worked. For contracted staff, we ensure full compliance with local labor laws.
